REFUNDS + EXCHANGES

We offer a refund and/or exchange if you meet the following list of criterias. Requests for refunds and/or exchanges are processed within 30 days of the return or notification date.

You can request a refund or cancellation within 2 days from the item order date.

You can request an exchange if the item received is an incorrect order (item received is not the order placed). Your item must be unused, unused, and in original packaging with proof of purchase. Please note, sale items are refunded at the sale price, not regular price.

Exchanges are granted if items are defective, damaged, or if shipment is incorrect. Please contact us to process your request.

Refunds are not available for items that are not in their original packaging, used, or missing parts that were included in its shipment. Any requests made 30 days after item receipt date does not meet our requirements, but some exceptions may apply.
